MSC reveled Business Performance on Opportunity Day Year End 2024 Mr. Suradet Lertthammajak, Executive Director of Metro Systems Corporation Public Company Limited (MSC), revealed the company's operating results for the year 2024 and its business direction for 2025 through an Opportunity Day. He emphasized that MSC is ready to drive business growth, focusing on Data Analytics, AI, Multi-Cloud, and Cyber Security solutions to meet the increasing demands of customers in the digital transformation era. The Opportunity Day was held at the company's head office. Entering its 40th year, MSC continues to strengthen its position as a leading provider in Thailand’s technology sector, guided by the vision “Pursuit of Excellence to Serve our Clients the Best IT Solutions.” In 2024, MSC achieved a total revenue of 8,932 million baht, representing a 6% year-over-year decline, and a net profit of 256 million baht, down 10% from the previous year. The decrease was primarily due to the company’s strategic focus on high margin projects and some projects postponed to 2025. The business structure is divided into 6 main groups 1. Infrastructure Modernization: This includes hardware and software systems, backup & DR, network systems, and multi-cloud services, accounting for 51% of the revenue. 2. Cyber Security: This includes end-point & network security, server & mobility security, data security (PDPA), and SOC Center, accounting for 3% of the revenue. 3. IT Managed Services: This includes End-to-end IT management services by MSC's experts to ensure smooth, secure, and efficient operations, helping clients reduce workload, manage costs, and optimize budgets, accounting for 2% of the revenue. 4. Business Application & Data Modernization: This includes application modernization, robotic workflow, data analytics & big data, and Superapp, accounting for 4% of the revenue. 5. Design & Engineering: This includes SolidWorks software, 3D printers, and 3D scanners for industrial applications, accounting for 1% of the revenue. 6. Office Solutions: This includes Supplies & Printers, Contractual Solutions, Printing Services, Hardware, and Apple products, accounts for 39% of the revenue.
