Australasians in Thailand: Brandnow.asia Showcases Australasians’ Business Journeys

For Immediate Release

BANGKOK, Thailand – December 1, 2025 – Australasian entrepreneurs and professionals are deepening their ties to the Kingdom, launching ventures that create jobs, foster innovation, and contribute to local communities.

To highlight this diversity in the Thai business landscape, BrandNow.Asia featured seven well-known Australians, Kiwis, and other Oceanians for Australasians in Thailand, a fresh perspective YouTube series profiling executives who are building a legacy here. The series moves beyond typical expat stories to highlight genuine partnerships and shared success.

These narratives align with Thailand’s forward-looking economic goals. The series features leaders in high-growth sectors, including digital technology, food safety, media, and charity, who directly support the kingdom’s vision for a modern, innovation-driven economy.

Rick Brown of Helmet Hero initiated his foundation to help Thai kids be safe on motorbikes. He shares, “I was bullied as a teen; my brakes were sabotaged, and I ended up left for dead in a ditch. I wasn’t wearing a helmet and have suffered from spinal trauma and PTSD ever since. I live in Thailand, this is my community, and I saw a problem I needed to solve. Helmet Heroes was born from a simple belief: every child deserves to be safe. This isn’t just a charity; it’s a community-driven mission to protect the future of this beautiful country, one child and one helmet at a time.”

“In Thailand, business runs on relationships; that’s why I chose to live, lead, and give back here,” Joana Button of Scalify shares her reason for operating her company from Thailand.

“Thailand’s potential is boundless, and its culture of warmth and ingenuity provides a powerful foundation for businesses,” said Pacharee Pantoomano of Brandnow.asia. “This series adds a fresh perspective from the Australasians in Thailand. These individuals are not just working in Thailand; they are investing their lives here, partnering with Thai talent to build a more prosperous future for all.”

A recent BBC article, referencing InterNations’ 2025 global report, confirmed Thailand’s status as a premier global destination. Ranking 4th overall among 172 nations surveyed, Thailand shines particularly brightly in lifestyle categories. The Kingdom secured the 2nd spot for Overall Happiness and the 3rd spot for Personal Finance. Furthermore, expats noted the ease of integration, placing Thailand in the Top 10 for making friends and experiencing local friendliness.

The series offers:

  • Economic Insights: Showcasing business models creating tangible local value.
  • Inspirational Stories: Highlighting cross-cultural teamwork and leadership.
  • Cultural Connection: Profiling figures who respectfully integrate and give back to Thai society.
