This underrepresentation is even more pronounced in the Asia Pacific region, where only 5.7% of startups have female founders, as highlighted by a JPMorgan Chase & Co study. These figures underscore women's persistent challenges in accessing funding, mentorship, and opportunities despite the growing recognition of their contributions to innovation and business growth.
NORTH STAR NOW aims to bridge this gap by fostering leadership, networking, and strategic growth opportunities for female entrepreneurs. The launch event, strategically timed to follow International Women's Day celebrations, marks the beginning of a dynamic community focused on professional growth, strategic networking, and collaborative success.
