NORTHSTARNOW.asia Launches a Female Focused Mastermind Group for Business Leaders in Bangkok

According to a report by Carta, women remain significantly underrepresented in entrepreneurship, with only 13.2% of startup founders in 2023, a decline from 15.1% in 2022 and 14.9% in 2021, indicating a troubling trend in gender diversity within the startup ecosystem. This underrepresentation is even more pronounced in the Asia Pacific region, where only 5.7% of startups have female founders, as highlighted by a JPMorgan Chase & Co study. These figures underscore women's persistent challenges in accessing funding, mentorship, and opportunities despite the growing recognition of their contributions to innovation and business growth. NORTH STAR NOW aims to bridge this gap by fostering leadership, networking, and strategic growth opportunities for female entrepreneurs. The launch event, strategically timed to follow International Women's Day celebrations, marks the beginning of a dynamic community focused on professional growth, strategic networking, and collaborative success. “This is a new approach to female professional development in Bangkok's business community," says Pacharee Pantoomano, founder of NORTH STAR NOW. "We're creating more than just a networking group – where business leaders can find inspiration, guidance, and concrete strategies for success." Deepty Tiwari, Executive Coach and Amazon Bestselling Author, added, “I am thrilled to be a collaborator on the North Star Now Mastermind! This is more than a network—it's a space where women entrepreneurs and leaders uplift each other, share knowledge, solve business challenges, and expand opportunities.
