Pangaea Completes Placement of 199M New Shares to Independent Investors with Dividend Entitlement
Pangaea Connectivity Technology Limited completed the placement of 199M new shares to six independent investors, including Mile Green Company Limited, on 13 Aug 2025 at HK$0.18 per share. Following the placement, Generous Horizon Limited’s stake fell from 65.3% to 54.5%, and new shareholders will be entitled to a proposed final dividend of HK$0.01 per share, subject to AGM approval.
